9/13/18 3:09pm- State police arrested Robert E. Bowker, 42, and Lori A. Bowker, 37, both of Scio. Each was charged with felony counts of welfare fraud 4th and offering a false instrument for filing 1st.
9/13/18 1:26pm-State police arrested Bryan M. Merry, 26, of Almond. He was charged with felony filing a false instrument with intent to defraud.
9/13/18 3:45pm- State police arrested Jesse L. Hamer, 31, of Amity. He was charged with harassment with physical contact.
9/13/18 5:47pm- During a traffic stop on Bells Brook Road in the town of Genesee, state police arrested Jennifer L. Newton, 33, of Shinglehouse, PA. She was charged with driving while intoxicated, BAC above .08%, speeding and moving from a lane unsafely.
9/13/18 6pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 243 in Rushford, troopers arrested Joseph M. Schue, 54, of Freedom. He was charged with driving while intoxicated, BAC above .08% and speeding.
9/13/18 9:29pm- State police arrested Benjamin E. Hamer, 28, of Amity. He was charged with two counts of 2nd degree reckless endangerment, aggravated unlicensed operation and harassment.
9/14/18 2:31am- During a traffic stop on State Route 417 in Wellsville, state police arrested Charles A. Buchholz, 32, of Wellsville He was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, felony BAC above .08% and moving from a lane unsafely. He was held on bail.
