NEWS RELEASE

Manual D. Saturria, 28, Mt. Morris, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of Marihuana 5^th Degree on August 28, and was released on an appearance ticket to reply to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Tyrell L. Hunt, 25, Clinton Township, MI, was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on August 28, and was issued an appearance ticket to address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Justin J. Jackson, 30, Leicester, NY, was cited for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on August 28, and was issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Jeremy E. Fontaine, 18, Elmont, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7^th Degree and Attempted Promoting Prison Contraband 1^st Degree on August 31.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Fontaine was released on his own recognizance to reply to charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date.

Tykeal M. Townes, 22, Jersey City, NJ, was arrested and charged with Criminal Impersonation and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on August 31.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Townes was released on his own recognizance to answer charges in Leicester Town Court on a later date.

Quataysia T. Davis, 25, Jersey City, NJ, was arrested August 31, charged with Criminal Possession of a Hallucinogenic Substance and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and following LC-CAP arraignment was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail.  Davis will respond to charges in Leicester Town Court on a later date.

Willie C. Webb, 23, Rochester, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Driving Too Slow-Impeding Traffic on September 1.  Following arraignment in LC-CAP, Webb was ordered held pending a warrant from another jurisdiction. Webb will address local charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Joshua D. Beardsley, 29, Avon, NY, was charged August 25, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Operating a Motor Vehicle without an Inspection Certificate and Inadequate/No Exhaust.  Beardsley was issued an appearance ticket to reply to charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.

 

Michael A, Natarelli, 32, Churchville, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Unlicensed Operator on September 1.  Natarelli was issued an appearance ticket to satisfy charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.

Scott A. Connor, 47, Livonia, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Failure to Notify DMV of Change of Address and Inadequate/No Exhaust on August 26.  Connor was issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.

Brittany A. Johnson, 27, Rochester, NY, was charged September 3, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Speeding.  Johnson was released on an appearance ticket to reply to charges in York Town Court on a later date.

David B. Holbrook, 48, Mt. Morris, NY, was cited for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and No/Insufficient Tail Lamps on September 1, and was issued an appearance ticket to satisfy charges in Groveland Town Court on a later date.

 

Atasha L. Dauber, 34, Springwater, NY, was cited September 1, for Confining an Animal in a Vehicle in Extreme Temperatures.  Dauber was issued an appearance ticket to address charges in Dansville Town Court on a later date.

 

Christina M. Carlstein-Reyes, 30, York, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2^nd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3^rd Degree and Unlicensed Operator on August 29.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Carlstein-Reyes was released on her own recognizance pending reply to charges in Geneseo Village Court on a later date.

Niko H. Llop, 38, Caledonia, NY, was arrested August 29, charged with Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2^nd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument.  Following arraignment in LC-CAP, Llop was released on his own recognizance and will appear in Geneseo Village Court to answer charges on a later date.

David D. Hoffman, 53, Lakeville, NY, was arrested September 4, charged with Assault 3^rd Degree and Harassment 2^nd Degree.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Hoffman was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on $500 cash bail.  Hoffman will respond to charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.

Christopher J. Presler, 40, and Jeremiah Z. Wray, 35, Springwater, NY, were arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare Of a Child and Harassment 2^nd Degree on August 28.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Presler was released on his own recognizance to address charges in Springwater Town Court on a later date.

Jeffrey L. McCracken, 38, Perry, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater and Speed Not Reasonable and Prudent on August 13.  McCracken was issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in Leicester Town Court on a later date.

Richard L. Howard, 51, Elmira, NY, was arrested and charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3^rd Degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5^th Degree on September 4, and following LC-CAP arraignment was ordered held in the Livingston County Jail on no bail.  Howard will respond to charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.

Jennifer L. Haddad, 46, Geneseo, NY, was arrested September 5, charged with Falsely Reporting an Incident 3^rd Degree and Making a Punishable False Written Statement.  Haddad was released on an appearance ticket to reply to charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.

Arik J. Arden, 27, Dansville, NY, was charged with Unlawful Disposal of Solid Waste under Environmental Conservation Law on August 27, and was issued an appearance ticket to answer charges in Nunda Town Court on a later date.

 

Valerie D. Bogner, 31, Leicester, NY, was arrested August 27, charged with Grand Larceny 3^rd Degree, Welfare Fraud 3^rd Degree and Misuse of Food Stamps.  Following LC-CAP arraignment, Bogner was released on her own recognizance to answer charges in Mt. Morris Town Court on a later date.

Hilda I. Garcia, 40, Mt. Morris, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2^nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Operating a Motor Vehicle without an Inspection Certificate on September 5.  Garcia was released on an appearance ticket to address charges in Groveland Town Court on a later date.

Daniel G. Whittaker, 32, was arrested September 9, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .08% or Greater.  Whittaker was released to appear in Geneseo Town Court in response to charges on a later date.
