Poll on power outages

I've added a poll to my site. The question asks if utility companies reacted properly to the massive power outages following winter storm Riley. Across the southern tier, the restoration times continue to get extended. There are still thousands, for example, in Allegany County without electric. Vote in the poll - it's located on the right side of the site. Computer and tablet users will see it...(I understand the irony...if you have no power, you'll never see this message. I have the poll valid until Friday. Really hope life return to normal by then).
