Tonya L. Galbreath “loving sister and aunt”
CUBA, NY - Tonya L. Galbreath, 36, of Cuba, a former
longtime resident of Bolivar, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 7,
2018, in the Olean General Hospital, Olean.
Born on August 3, 1981 in Wellsville, she was a daughter of
Arthur D. Jr. and Patricia A. Lamb Galbreath.
Tonya was a graduate of Bolivar-Richburg High School in
Bolivar and a graduate of the BOCES program in culinary studies.
Tonya volunteered at the Cuba Cultural Center in Cuba. She loved to have a good time, dance, and
spend time with family and friends, especially Kat Stives. She was an avid
follower of Facebook and messaging. She
liked to shop, read and listen to music, especially Kane Brown. Tonya will be greatly missed.
Surviving are a sister, Constance S. “Connie” Pangburn of
Richburg; three nieces, Kristina M. Pangburn, Tosha S. (Robert) Long, and
Brittany A. (Robbert Otto) Pangburn; two grandnephews, Anthony and Robert; two
grandnieces, Korryn and Gabriella; 2 aunts, Donna (Terry) Smith of Cuba and
Tammy Willover of Belmont; two uncles, Steve (Sarah) Fiske of Ceres and Thomas
“Skip” (Linda) Lamb, Jr. of Richburg; and her former husband, James Cushman of
Cuba.
In addition to her parents, Tonya was predeceased by a
brother, Duane Galbreath; two uncles, Gerald Lamb and Donald Lamb; and a
brother-in-law, Jefferey A. Pangburn.
In keeping with Tonya’s wishes, there will be no public
visitation or funeral services.

Loan Closet, 920 North Fourth Street, Olean, NY 14760.
Tonya’s family has entrusted her care to Kevin J. Dusenbury,
funeral director/owner of the Virgil L. Howard Funeral Home, Shinglehouse.
