3/7/18 6:37pm- State troopers arrested Thomas E. Dowd, 33, of Belfast. He was charged with criminal possession of a weapon 3rd, a class D felony. Bail was set at $2,500.
3/7/18 3:37pm- After investigating a trespass complaint in the town of Wirt, state police arrested Jessica M. Cole, 33, of Wellsville. She was taken into custody on East Hanover Street and charged with criminal mischief for allegedly intentionally damaging property. She was processed and released on an appearance ticket for court.
