3/18/18 7pm- State police arrested Alexis M. Costanza, 20, of Olean. She was charged with petit larceny. bail was set at $250. The alleged crime occurred January 30th in the Town of Genesee.
3/18/18 6am- State police arrested Brian J. Learn, 35, of Wirt. He was charged with harassment with physical contact. The arrested followed an alleged domestic violence incident.
3/18/18 4:15pm- During a traffic stop on I-86 in Steuben County, state police arrested Dasean M. Payne, 24, of Rochester. He was charged with felony tampering with physical evidence (conceal or destroy), having more than three suspensions, pot possession, criminal possession of a controlled substance and speeding. Bail was set at $25,000.
