Following a domestic dispute in the Village of Cuba on Sunday March 18th,2018 at approximately 5:30pm, Cuba Police arrested Kevin J. Tyler, 46, of Friendship. Tyler was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd (Misdemeanor). Tyler was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear at a later date. Tyler is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
