March 13, 2018: Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office
arrested Jon R. Faber, age 32 of Birdsall, on an Allegany County Violation of
Probation Warrant. Faber was arrested without incident at his residence,
processed, and transported to the Allegany County Jail without bail. Faber will
reappear in Allegany County Court at a later date for additional court action.
March 13, 2018: Deputies arrested Beau D. Eck, age 28
of Caneadea on a Violation of Probation Warrant issued by the Town of Amity
Court. Eck was arrested without incident at the Sheriff’s Office, processed,
arraigned in the Town of Amity Court where he was remanded to the Allegany
County Jail with bail set at $1,000.00 cash or $2,000.00 Bond. Eck is to reappear in the Town of Amity Court
on March 28th, 2018 at 5:30 p.m. for additional court action.
