Tom Reed for Congress Announces $1 Million Raised

Corning – Tom Reed for Congress announces record breaking start to the campaign with over $1 million raised during the first half of the year and sustained levels of record grassroots engagement.

Tom Reed for Congress raised a total of $1,072,652 during the first half of the year.
“The campaign continues builds off its record breaking first quarter and is continuing to break records for fundraising and grassroots engagement,” said Nicholas Weinstein, Campaign Manager for Tom Reed for Congress. “Tom Reed for Congress is in its strongest position ever, while our opponents are divided and in disarray with seven Democrat candidates already publicly in the race and a long path towards a contested primary.”
Democrat candidates Ian Golden, Rick Gallant, Edward Sundquist, John Hertzler, and Max Dellapia have filed their candidacies with the Federal Elections Commission (FEC) while Jason Leifer of Dryden and Tracy Mitrano of Penn Yan have announced they are exploring campaigns for Congress. Reports filed with the FEC show that Rick Gallant raised $16,086 in contributions this quarter while Sundquist raised $8,881 in contributions.
