He is survived by his wife, Tina Paddock; daughters, Saige and Jaide Paddock, all of Henrietta, his mother, Terri (Rich) Dunn of Hornell; his father, Frank Paddock of Jasper; his sister, Jennifer (Jim) Mac Phail of Addison and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Joe was a surveyor, licensed in several states and a member of the B.P.O.E. Lodge # 24. Joe was an avid outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, motorcycle riding and spending time at his “Camp”. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, son, brother and friend.

It was Joe’s wish to donate his body to the University of Rochester Medical School so that he could help others with cancer. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Strong Memorial Palliative Care Unit.
