7/2/17 1:43am- During a traffic stop on Lower Street in Rushford, State Police arrested Wade M. Westfall, 32, of Arcade. He was charged with felony DWI, felony BAC above .08%, drinking alcohol in a vehicle and traffic infraction. He was arraigned and jailed.
7/2/17 4am- Following a disturbance on Old State Road in Allen, State Police arrested Christine P. Zakes, 35, of North Tonawanda. She was charged with criminal mischief and harassment with physical contact. Arraigned in Town of Granger court, Zakes was sent to the Allegany County Jail on $500 bail. She later posted bail and was released.
7/1/17 11:55am- State Police arrested Chad M. Siago, 45, of Allegany. He was picked on East Union Street in Allegany and charged with felony counts of grand larceny and filing a false instrument. He was detained for court action.
7/1/17 3:15pm- State Police arrested Randy M. George, 58, of Portville. He was charged with felony assault and endangering the welfare of a child. He was held for court action. Troopers said the charges are the result of a personal injury crash June 24th in Portville.
