NY State Police Blotter-Corrected

7/11/17 3:45am- After investigating a domestic dispute, State Police arrested Donald B. Bickford, 35, of Friendship. He was charged felony criminal mischief, resisting arrest, harassment with physical contact and aggravated harassment for allegedly communicating threats. He was detained for court action.
