Sharon L. Davis, 54, Geneseo, NY, was arrested June
25, charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Felony Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated,
Blood Alcohol Content .18% or Greater and Failure to Yield the Right of
Way. Following arraignment in Livonia
Town Court, Davis was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $5,000 cash
bail. Davis will return to Livonia Town
Court in response to charges on a later date.
Marjorie A. Hazlett, 66, Dansville, NY, was arrested
and charged with Arson 3rd Degree and Making a False Written Statement on June
26. Hazlett was remanded to the
Livingston County Jail on $2,500 cash bail and will answer charges in North
Dansville Town Court on a later date.
Nicholas R. Young, 23, Dansville, NY, was charged
with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Failure to
Keep Right on June 14, and will satisfy charges in Geneseo Town Court on a
later date.
Joseph M. Spring, 42, Dansville, NY, was charged June
22, with Failure to Register and Verify Address as a Registered Sex Offender
and following arraignment in Geneseo Village Court was remanded to the
Livingston County Jail on $500 cash bail.
Spring will return to Geneseo Village to answer charges on a later date.
Mark K. Fox, 48,
Lima, NY, was charged June 23, with Failure to Register and Verify Address
as a Registered Sex Offender. Following
arraignment in Geneseo Village Court, Fox was remanded to the custody of the
Sheriff on $500 cash bail and will return to Geneseo Village Court to address
charges on a later date.
Jacob Osborn, 25, Nunda, NY, was arrested and charged
with Criminal Mischief 4th Degree, Harassment 2nd Degree and Endangering the
Welfare of a Child on June 21. Osborn
will respond to charges in Nunda Village Court on a later date.
Andrew J. Murphy-Longhini, 21, Dansville, NY, was
arrested June 25, charged with Criminal Driving While Intoxicated, Driving
While Ability Impaired-Drugs, Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs/Alcohol,
Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and Leaving the Scene of a
Property Damage Accident. Following
arraignment in Groveland Town Court, Murphy-Longhini was remanded to the
Livingston County Jail on $1,000 cash bail/$2,000 property bond and will return
to Groveland Town Court and Geneseo Village Court to satisfy charges on a later
date.
Montry A. D. Brown, 26, Mt. Morris, NY, was arrested
June 26, charged with Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs, Criminal Possession
of a Controlled Substance 5th Degree, Criminal Possession of Stolen Property
4th Degree, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree,
Unlicensed Operator, Speeding, Failure to Comply, Failure to Keep Right,
Reckless Driving and Unlawful Fleeing a Police Officer in a Motor Vehicle. Following arraignment in Mt. Morris Village
Court, Brown was remanded to the Livingston County Jail on no bail and will
respond to charges in Mt. Morris Village Court in a later date.
Levert J. Giles, 28, Mt. Morris, NY, was charged with
Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th Degree on June 26, and following
arraignment in Mt. Morris Village Court, was remanded to the Livingston County
Jail on $2,500 cash bail. Giles will
return to Mt. Morris Village Court to address charges on a later date.
Joel Ortega, 23, Mt. Morris, NY, was charged with
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed
Operator and No/Inadequate Brake Lights on June 22, and will address charges in
Mt. Morris Village Court on a later date.
Adam T. Lacey, 19, Lima, NY, was arrested June 22,
charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon 4th Degree and was released on an
appearance ticket to respond to charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.
Charles K. Townsend, 32, Rochester, NY, was cited for
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and No/Inadequate
