6/17/17 5:35pm- State Police arrested Lora A. Williams, 53, of Wellsville. She was charged with petit larceny following an alleged crime in the town. She was issued a court ticket and released.
6/18/17 2:42am- Three men were charged with unlawful possession of marijuana following an incident on State Route 19 in Amity. Issued court appearance tickets were Warren J. Solomon, 22; Aleric E. Stewart, 19 and Jeffrey J. Barber 19, all of Friendship.
6/17/17 3:59pm- State Police arrested Terri L. Peters, 24, of Olean. She was charged with 3rd degree burglary, a class D felony. The incident occurred at Walmart in Allegany Saturday afternoon.
6/18/17 2:15am- During a traffic stop in the Town of Arcade, State Police arrested Aarni E. Mattson, 52, of Arcade. He was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and felony BAC above .08%.
6/17/17 11:53pm- During a traffic stop in the Town of Bath, State Police arrested Scotty L. Youngs, 34, of Bath. He was charged with criminal possession of cocaine, a class D felony and aggravated unlicensed operation. He was detained on cash bail.
6/17/17 3:14pm- After investigating a domestic dispute in the Village of Arkport, State Police arrested Jared C. Green, 23, of Hornell. He was charged with criminal mischief and preventing an emergency call.
6/17/17 9:10pm- During a traffic stop on State Route 36 in Hornellsville, State Police arrested Milford R. Gavitt, 36, of Elkland, PA. He was charged with felony aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle, operating while impaired by drugs and two traffic infractions. He was processed and released on appearance tickets for court.
