Luce pleads not guilty in Independence court - Daily Reporter

WHITESVILLE — The man who allegedly stole around $12,000 from the Independence Emergency Squad while serving as its treasurer pleaded not guilty in Independence Town Court to felony third-degree grand larceny.
Scott A. Luce of Genesee, Pa., appeared in court Wednesday with his attorney, Portville attorney Raymond Bulson. The case will be sent to county court and Luce remains free on his own recognizance. Fore more, visit the Daily Reporter.
