6/22/17 11:15am- State Police arrested Michelle L. Prentice, 52, of Bolivar. She was charged with 5th degree welfare fraud, a class A Misdemeanor. She was processed and released on an appearance ticket.
6/22/17 9:37am- State Police arrested Jeffrey M. Niedbala, 41, of Wellsville. He was charged with 3rd degree identity theft stemming from an incident in Clarksville. In a separate case, Niedbala was charged with petit larceny for an incident in the Town of Wellsville. Court action is pending.
6/22/17 11:15pm- State Police arrested Austin M. Krzeminski, 23, of Fillmore. He was charged with disorderly conduct for allegedly creating a hazardous condition. The alleged incident occurred in Rushford. He was issued a court ticket and released.
6/23/17 4:28am- After investigating a domestic dispute in the Village of Franklinville, State Police arrested 25-year-old Travis A. Ginnery of Great Valley. He was charged with felony aggravated criminal contempt for allegedly violating an order of protection, causing injury. He was also charged with criminal mischief, menacing and assault. He was detained for court action.
