Cuba to host 1st annual music in the park

Cuba’s first annual “Music in the Park” series will begin on Monday, July 10th at 6:00 PM, at the Gazebo in Genesee Park. Hosted by the Palmer Opera House and local sponsors, this is a free event, but monetary and non-perishable donations will be gratefully accepted to benefit Cuba’s community food pantry, which is operated by the Cuba Council of Churches.  For more information on the Cuba Council of Churches, visit their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/cubacouncilofchurches/).    Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets.

Refreshments will be available to benefit the newly opened Next Generation Youth Center in Cuba, NY. In case of inclement weather, all activities will be relocated to the Palmer Opera House.

This is an alcohol and substance-free event, and children are welcome to attend.
