Press Release:
The New York State Police in Geneseo report the arrest of 38- year-old Lance A. Riley, age 38, for 3rd degree rape and 3rd degree criminal sex act.
Riley is accused of having sexual intercourse and oral sex with a young girl on and off for the last 3 years, starting when the girl was 13 years old.
Riley has lived in numerous towns in both Livingston and Wyoming Counties.
The NYSP are continuing the investigation and anticipate more charges being filed.
Riley is currently being held in the Livingston County Jail on bail.
