6/17/17 4am- State Police arrested Paul L. Bastian, 29, Wellsville. He was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th. The charge was filed following an incident on County Road 9 in Scio. Bastian was processed and released on an appearance ticket for court.
6/16/17 8:26pm- After investigating an allegedly violation of an order of protection, State Police stopped Michael R. French, 39 of Wellsville on I-86 in Hinsdale. He was charged with 2nd degree criminal contempt for allegedly violating a court order. He was held for court action.
6/16/17 11am- After investigating a domestic dispute, State Police arrested Hillary J. Austin, 33, of Delevan. She was charged with 3rd degree felony robbery, assault 3rd and criminal mischief 3th. She was held on bond.
