Intoxicated Refusal, Refusal to Submit to a Breathalyzer Test, Aggravated
Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator,
Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and Speeding.
Following arraignment in Livonia Town Court, Zienkiewicz was remanded to
the Livingston County Jail on $2,500 cash bail and will return to Livonia Town
Court in response to charges on a later date.
Felix M. Fantauzzi,
53, Geneseo, NY, was charged with Promoting Prison Contraband 2nd Degree on
June 12, and following arraignment in Geneseo Village Court was remanded to the
Livingston County Jail on $500 cash bail.
Fantauzzi will return to Geneseo Village Court to answer charges on a

Fillmore, NY, was arrested June 8, charged with Criminal Contempt 1st
Degree, Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Harassment 2nd Degree, two counts of

Motor Vehicle 2nd Degree. Following
arraignment in Avon Town Court, Yeoman was remanded to the custody of the
Sheriff on $10,000 cash bail. Yeoman

Motor Vehicle. Goater will address

after arraignment in Avon Town Court was remanded to the Livingston County Jail
on $1,000 cash bail/$2,000 property bond.

Impaired-Drugs, Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, Improper License Plates and
Unregistered Motor Vehicle on June 11.
