On June 17, 2017 at 1:20 p.m. the Andover Police Department arrested Robert Christian Colon, 26 ,of Wellsville on a Bench Warrant issued by Village of Andover Court.
Colon was arraigned in front of Village Justice Heckman. Colon paid his fine of $293.00 and was released.
