Wellsville Police
arrested Tyler L. Farrow, age 19 of Willing, charging him with DWI
(Unclassified Misdemeanor), DWI w/BAC of .08% or more (Unclassified
Misdemeanor), AUO 3rd (Unclassified Misdemeanor), Unlicensed
Operator (Infraction) and Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle
(Infraction). The charges stem from a
traffic stop on South Main Street.
Farrow was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released to a
third party. Farrow is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on December 17th at 4:30 pm.
