On April 1st, 2024, at approximately 12:43AM, Cuba Police arrested Virginia A. Varne (39) of Belmont, NY. Varne was arrested on charges of no/insufficient headlights (Violation) and aggravated unlicensed operation 3rd(Unlicensed Misdemeanor). Varne was issued citations and released to appear at a later date. Varne is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
