Willing man faces felony drug crimes

After a lengthy investigation into drug sales in the Village of Bolivar, the New York State Police Narcotics Enforcement Team arrested Caleb J. Warner, 25, of Willing NY.  Warner was charged with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree, both Class D felonies.  Warner is accused of selling Methamphetamine in the Village of Bolivar earlier this year.  Warner was processed at SP Amity and released on an appearance ticket to reappear in the Village of Bolivar Court on a later date.  Due to recent New York State bail reforms, this crime no longer constitutes a “bailable offense”.
