Wellsville Police
arrested Michael D. Frazier Jr, age 50 of Rushford, charging him with Driving
While Intoxicated. The charge stems from
a traffic stop on North Main Street in the Village of Wellsville. Frazier was processed, issued an appearance
ticket and released. Frazier is due to
appear in Wellsville Village on December 29th at 4:30 p.m.
