Wellsville Police arrested Gregory J. Patterson Jr, age 42
of Cuba, charging him with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 5th. The charge stems from an incident that took
place on Maple Avenue in March of 2019.
Patterson was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice
O’Connor. Patterson was released and is
due back in Wellsville Village Court on September 17th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Larae L. Franklin age 37 of
Genesee, PA, charging her with Issuing a Bad Check. The charge stems from a complaint made by the
Giant Food Mart in Wellsville. Franklin
was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Franklin was released and is due back in
Wellsville Village Court on September 17th at 4:30 p.m.
