Acting on a warrant, state police arrested 24-year-old Sara Huey of Fillmore. She was charged with felony residential burglary stemming from an incident March 12th in Hume. She was released on her own recognizance pending further action by the court.

State police arrested 47-year-old Christopher Mu of Elmira. He was charged with three felony counts of rape where the victim was incapable of consent. He was detained on cash bail. Troopers said the sexual assault happened in Hornell and was reported June 6th.
