Wellsville Police arrested Clarence L. Smith Jr, age 48 of
Wellsville, charging him with Petit Larceny.
The charges stem from an incident that took place on West Hanover Street
on August 10th. Smith was processed,
issued an appearance ticket and released.
Smith is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 20th at
4:30 p.m.
