I need clarification from Mr. Tim Ramsey regarding his
comment " I am not a disgruntled employee". Although I understand Mr. Ramsey is NYS
corrections officer, he is not an Allegany County employee and has never worked
for Sheriff Rick Whitney. If this is an attempt to make you look like you have firsthand
experience working for the current sheriff, shame on you. Let's keep the facts
REAL facts. Thank you
