Wellsville Police Blotter

Wellsville Police arrested Wyatt D. Foth, age 22 of Whitesville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 4th. The charge stems from an incident that took place on East Pearl Street in the Village of Wellsville. Foth was processed, issued an appearance ticket and released. Foth is due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on August 21st at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested James R. Miller, age 31 of Wellsville, charging him with Issuing a Bad Check.  The charge stems from a complaint made by the Giant Food Mart in Wellsville.  Miller was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.  Miller was released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on August 28th to make his fine payment.

Wellsville Police arrested Dardarius L. Robinson, age 21 of Rochester, NY, charging him with Grand Larceny 4th (Class E Felony) and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 4th (Class E Felony). The charges stem from a joint investigation with Monroe County Sheriff’s Department and Erie, PA Police Department in the theft and sale of motorcycles (dirt bikes) and ATV’s in July of 2017. Robinson who is currently incarcerated in the Cayuga Correctional Facility was transported to Wellsville by NYS Department of Corrections, processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Robinson was returned to the Cayuga Correctional Facility on $10,000.00 cash bail or $20,000.00 property bond. Robinson is due back in Wellsville Village Court on October 16th at 4:30 p.m. 

Wellsville Police arrested Stacey L. Gould, age 53 of Wellsville, charging her with Harassment 2nd.  The charge stems from an incident that took place on Madison Street on July 18th. Gould was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor.  Gould released and is due back in Wellsville Village Court on August 28th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Margaret M. Lefort, age 44 of Friendship, charging her with Issuing a Bad Check. The charge stems from a complaint made by the Giant Food Mart in Wellsville.  Lefort was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Justice O’Connor. Lefort paid her restitution in full and was released.
