PRESS RELEASE
SP Warsaw- Today at 11:40 a.m. troopers responded to Simmons Road in the town of Covington for a man struck by a bull. Further investigation revealed that Roy C. Bell, 72 of Perry was moving cattle around the farm. A family member located Bell after being struck by the one-year-old bull. Life saving measures were administered to Bell who was unresponsive. Bell succumb to his injuries and was taken to Monroe County Medical Examiners Office for autopsy.
