Details of Incident: Michael John Nesbit II, 34, of Sunset
Blvd in the Town of Franklinville, was arrested at his property for Unlawful
Manufacture of Methamphetamine. Police said Nesbit gave verbal consent to
search his property and after searching the camper, a bag with Methamphetamine
Manufacturing material was located, along with other Manufacturing Materials in
a burn pit outside of the camper. Nesbit was arraigned in Franklinville Court
and is being held at Cattaraugus County jail on $10,000 cash bail/$20,000 bond.
