Following a complaint in the Village of Cuba on August 7th at approximately 4:00 pm Cuba police arrested James W. Krull, 62, of Cuba. Krull was charged with criminal contempt 2nd (Misdemeanor). He was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Cuba Town Court at a later date. Krull is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
