Bradford Township police formally charge Lotter in robbery case

Bradford (Pennsylvania) Township Police filed a criminal complaint Friday charging 27-year-old Chase Lotter with robbery and other counts.
He is accused of entering the Kwik Fill store in Bradford Township on July 31st where he allegedly displayed a knife and robbed the store. Lotter, whose most recent address was listed as Johnsonburg, PA is currently in the Allegany County Jail where he faces a bevy of charges. New York Investigators charged Lotter with robbing Crosby's in Belmont and committing burglaries and thefts in and around the Bolivar area. Meanwhile, Bolivar police are expected to charge Lotter with robbing Steuben Trust Company last month as well. Lotter remains behind bars with bail set at $100,000.
