Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on August
3, 2018 Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Brittany R. Dickerson, age
24 of Bolivar, on a Fugitive of Justice Warrant issued by the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania. Dickerson was located at her address, processed, and transported
to the Town of Angelica Court where she was arraigned and remanded to the
Allegany County Jail without bail. Dickerson is due to reappear in the Allegany
County Court on at a later date for additional court action.
On August 1, 2018 Deputies from the Sheriff’s Office
arrested Andrea M. Hess, age 19 of Wellsville, on a Violation of Probation
Warrant issued by the Town of Belfast Court. Hess was located at her address,
processed, and transported to the Town of Belfast Court where she was arraigned
and remanded to the Allegany County Jail without bail. Hess is due to reappear
in the Town of Belfast Court on August 28, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. for additional
court action.
