6/1/18 9:24pm- State police arrested Lynn Whalen, 21, of Belmont. She was charged with felony criminal possession of a load weapon and misdemeanor counts of criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was held on cash bail.
6/1/18 2:50pm-After responding to a domestic dispute, state police arrested Robert A. Schultz, 76, of Portville. He was charged with 3rd degree menacing and criminal obstruction of breathing.
