Issac R. Zerbe, 24, Perry, NY,
was cited February 23, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd
Degree, Unlicensed Operator and No/Insufficient Tail Lamps. Zerbe was issued and appearance ticket to
address charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.
Stanley L. Payne, 32,
Springwater, NY, was charged February 23, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation
of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and was released on an appearance
ticket to answer charges in Springwater Town Court on a later date.
Matthew J. Saunders, 28, Eldred,
PA, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 2nd
Degree and No/Inadequate Exhaust on February 22. Saunders was released on an appearance ticket
to satisfy charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.
Clayton D. Ellington, 28,
Rochester, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 3rd Degree on February 22, and was issued an appearance
ticket to answer charges in Groveland Town Court on a later date.
Leonard A. Hayes, 39, Livonia,
NY, was charged February 21, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and a license plate
violation. Hayes was released on an
appearance ticket to resolve charges in Caledonia Village Court on a later
date.
Sharon L. McGrain, 48, Livonia,
NY, was cited February 21, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 2nd Degree and Unlicensed Operator. McGrain was issued an appearance ticket to
appear in answer to charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Janet M. Dobbs, 38, Buffalo, NY,
was cited for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd
Degree and Unlicensed Operator on February 24, and was released on an
appearance ticket to answer charges in Livonia Town Court on a later date.
Jerome L. Simpson, 39, Wilmot
Creek, GA, was arrested on a fugitive from another state warrant and following
arraignment in Livingston County Court, was ordered held in the Livingston
County Jail on no bail pending
extradition.
Grace L. Hicks, 35, Hunt, NY,
was arrested February 18, charged with Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs,
Criminal Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument and Unlawful Possession of
Marihuana. Hicks will address charges in
Nunda Village Court on a later date.
Sean M. Kohlmeier, 31, Hunt, NY,
and Stephanie A. Forrester, 34, Bliss, NY were arrested and charged with
Burglary 2nd Degree and Petit Larceny on February 28. Following arraignment in Nunda Town Court,
Kohlmeier and Forrester were remanded to the custody of the Sheriff on $5,000
cash bail/$10,000 property bond and will return to Nunda Town Court in response
to charges on a later date.
Malcolm J. Jenkins, 25,
Rochester, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Failure to Signal on
February 24. Following arraignment in
Avon Town Court, Jenkins was remanded to the Livingston County Jail in lieu of
$500 cash bail. Jenkins will return to
Avon Town Court to answer charges on a later date.
Jamal L. Henderson, 43, Auburn,
NY, was arrested February 26, charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a
Motor vehicle 2nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Unlawful Possession
of Marihuana, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, Uninspected Motor Vehicle and
Improper plates. Henderson was released
on an appearance ticket to respond to charges in Avon Town Court on a later
date.
Lindsay E. Spencer, 22,
Pittsford, NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood
Alcohol Content .08% or Greater, Operating a Motor Vehicle While Using a Cell
Phone and Failure to Keep Right on February 16.
Spencer was issued an appearance ticket to appear in response to charges
in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Benjamin E. Girod, 35, Fillmore,
NY, was cited for Trespass on February 28, and was issued an appearance ticket
to resolve charges in Groveland own Court on a later date.
Vuong Ba Nguyen, Jr., 19,
Rochester, NY, was arrested February 26, charged with Criminal Possession of
Marihuana 5th Degree and Speeding.
Nguyen will answer charges in Lima Town Court on a later date.
Bishop N. Santos, 21, Rochester,
NY, was cited for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana on February 26, and was
released on an appearance ticket to address charges in Lima Town Court on a
later date.
Jeffrey C. Cornell, 46, Avon,
NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving
While Intoxicated, Blood Alcohol Content .18% or Greater, Leaving the Scene of
a Property Damage Accident, Failure to Keep Right and Unsafe Lane Change on
February 27. Cornell will respond to
charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Steven J. Adams, 52, Honeoye
Falls, NY, was charged February 28, with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a
Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree and Unlicensed Operator. Adams was released on an appearance ticket to
address charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
James E. Pilipovic, 50,
Binghamton, NY, was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor
Vehicle 3rd Degree, Unlicensed Operator and Inadequate/No
Exhaust. Pilipovic was issued an
appearance ticket to appear in response to charges in Avon Town Court on a
later date.
Kami B. White, 20, Wellsville,
NY, was arrested and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired-Drugs and
Stopping/Standing/Parking on a Highway on February 25. White will answer charges in Conesus Town
Court on a later date.
Shannon L. Dalberth, 27,
Livonia, NY, was arrested February 17, charged with Driving While Intoxicated,
Blood Alcohol Level .08% or Greater and Unsafe Turn/Failure to Signal. Dalberth will resolve charges in Livonia Town
Court on a later date.
Kyle S. Jacobs, 18, Geneseo, NY,
was arrested and charged with Criminal Sale of Marihuana 2nd Degree,
Unlawful Possession of Marihuana and Endangering the Welfare of a Child on
February 27. Following arraignment,
Jacobs was remanded to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $500 cash
bail/$1,000 property bond. Jacobs will
answer charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.
Brianna M. McInerny, 28, Avon,
NY, was arrested February 28, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Blood
Alcohol Content .08% or Greater and Speeding.
McInerny will answer charges in Avon Town Court on a later date.
Anthony M. Sayavong, 18,
Rochester, NY, was arrested and charged with Sexual Misconduct and Endangering
the Welfare of a Child on February 27.
Following arraignment, Sayavong was remanded to the Livingston County
Jail on $500 cash bail/$1,000 property bond.
Sayavong will respond to charges in Geneseo Town Court on a later date.
