Allegany County Sheriff's Blotter

Allegany County Sheriff Rick Whitney reports that on February 28, 2018, deputies from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Richard A. Darringer, age 28 of Scio on an Allegany County Family Court Warrant. Darringer was arrested without incident at the Allegany County Court Complex, processed, and arraigned in Allegany County Court where he was released on his own recognizance. Darringer is scheduled to reappear in Allegany County Court on March 2, 2018 at 10:15 a.m. for additional court action.

Deputies arrested Jacob S. Flamini, age 23 of Clarksville on an Allegany County Family Court Warrant. Flamini was arrested at an address in Clarksville, processed, and arraigned in Allegany County Court where he was remanded to the Allegany County Jail with bail set at $500.00 cash or $1000.00 insurance bond. Flamini is scheduled to reappear in Allegany County Court on March 5, 2018 at 9:15 a.m. for additional court action.
