Wellsville Police arrested Stephanie E. Martin, age 20 of
Wellsville, and Hollie M. Cole, age 19 of Wellsville, charging them each with
Unlawfully Dealing with a Child 1st. The
charges stem from an incident that took place on Rauber Street in the Village. Martin and Cole were processed, issued
appearance tickets and released. Martin
and Cole are due to appear in Wellsville Village Court on November 28th at 4:30
p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Steven L. Roy, age 33 of Savona,
charging him with DWI, DWI w/BAC of .08% or more and Moved from lane
unsafely. The charges stem from a
traffic stop on Trapping Brook Road in the Village. Roy was processed and released to a third
party. Roy is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on November 28th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Peyton K. Day, age 17 of
Wellsville, charging him with Criminal Mischief 3rd (Class E Felony). The charge stems from an incident that took
place on Madison Street in the Village.
Day was processed and arraigned before Town of Independence Judge
Howe. Day was released and is due back
in Town of Independence Court on November 15th at 3:30 p.m.
