On Thanksgiving Day, Troopers arrested Deborah A. Moyer, 60,
of Bolivar, for Assault 3rd and Harassment 2nd. Moyer was arrested following an
investigation into a physical altercation in the Village of Bolivar involving
her roommate, and roommate’s brother. According to radio reports, a man was
transported to Jones Memorial Hospital with an eye injury. She was arraigned in
the Village of Bolivar Court where she was released on her own recognizance and
scheduled to reappear to court on December 7th at 5:50 p.m.
