Wellsville Police arrested Shawn W. Szucs, age 27 of
Belmont, charging him with Endangering the Welfare of a Child and Harassment
2nd. The charges stem from an incident
that took place on Howard Street on November 8th. Szucs was located by the Belmont Police
Department and turned over to Wellsville Police. Szucs was processed and arraigned before
Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor. Szucs
was committed to the Allegany County Jail on $500.00 cash bail. Szucs is due back in Wellsville Village Court
on November 21st at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police arrested Amanda L. Pratt, age 35 of
Wellsville, charging her with Disorderly Conduct, Harassment 2nd and Unlawful
Possession of Marijuana. The charges
stem from an incident that took place on North Main Street in the Village. Pratt was processed and arraigned before the
Town of Willing Judge Guiney. Pratt was
committed to the Allegany County Jail on $250.00 cash bail. Pratt is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on November 21st at 4:30 p.m.
