ST. BONAVENTURE, N.Y. -- St. Bonaventure and Maryland Eastern Shore have agreed to reschedule Wednesday's postponed men's basketball game. The contest, which is a first round game in the Emerald Coast Classic, will be played this Monday, Nov. 20, at 7 p.m. in the Reilly Center.Wednesday night, a power outage that affected the Reilly Center as well as three other buildings on St. Bonaventure's campus forced the postponement of the scheduled game.
"We are sincerely grateful to coach Bobby Collins and the Maryland Eastern Shore athletics administration for working with us to reschedule this game," said St. Bonaventure Athletics Director Tim Kenney. "The power outage was an unfortunate, unpredictable situation. It would have been a shame to not be able to play the game at all. We are happy to have found a solution that worked for both teams."
