Sophie and Richard lived in Marietta Georgia where she
worked for many years as a kindergarten teacher at St. Joseph’s School.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Michael and
Mary Britton of Kennesaw, GA, a sister, Frances Babcock of Wellsville, NY, two
brothers, John Kozlowski of Cortland, NY and George Kozlowski of Camillus, NY
and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, her husband,
Richard Britton and her brothers, William Kozlowski, Henry Kozlowski and
Stanley Kozlowski.
Burial was in Georgia National Cemetery in Canton, GA on
January 14, 2021.
