Three dead in Bradford County, PA crash - second in a week

Pennsylvania State Police say three men when were killed Monday in a two-vehicle head-on crash on Route 6 in Wyalusing, Bradford County. Troopers said 20-year-old Bryce Campbell of Athens was driving one of the vehicles with passengers 19-year-old Jadon Allen of Milan and 24-year-old Montana Vandyke of New Albany. All three were pronounced dead at the scene by Bradford County Coroner Tom Carman. State Police reported that Campbell and Vandyke were not wearing seat belts at the time of the crash. The driver of the second vehicle, 70-year-old Irene Sprague was transported by Guthrie Air to Robert Packer Hospital with a suspected serious injury. Investigators said that for an unknown reason, Campbell’s car crossed into the oncoming lane and hit Sprague head-on.  State Police continue to investigate the cause of the crash. Monday’s crash is the second fatal crash in Bradford County in a week. Last Wednesday, 16-year-old Jordan Garris of Sayre, PA was killed in a vehicle crash. Calling hours for him are from 3-6 p.m. this afternoon at Blauvelt Funeral Home in Waverly. His funeral is tomorrow.
