...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SUNDAY EVENING THROUGH MONDAY
AFTERNOON...

The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a

* Flood Watch for a portion of western New York...including the
  following counties...Allegany...Cattaraugus...Chautauqua...
  Genesee...Livingston...Monroe...Niagara...Northern Erie...
  Orleans...Southern Erie and Wyoming.

* From Sunday evening through Monday afternoon.

* A slow moving cold front will bring significant rainfall to much
of Western New York during this time period. One and a half to
two or more inches of rainfall is expected. This combined with
recent heavy rainfall in the past month will lead to elevated
  flood concerns.

* Excessive runoff from the heavy rainfall may result in flooding
of low lying areas and also small streams and creeks. The
Buffalo Creeks are especially susceptible to reaching flood
stage. Drainage inlets clogged by leaves may increase the risk
  of street flooding.
