Wellsville Police arrested Jon R. Faber, age 31 of Angelica,
charging him with AUO 2nd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd), No/Inadequate
Lights and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana.
The charges stem from a traffic stop on the Genesee Parkway in the Village
of Wellsville. Faber was processed and
arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge O’Connor. Faber was committed to the
Allegany County Jail on $250.00 cash bail.
Faber is due back in Wellsville Village Court on June 20th at 4:30 p.m.
Wellsville Police arrested Joshua C. Marble, age 33 of
Belmont, charging him with AUO 3rd (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd) and
Fail to Yield the Right of Way Entering Roadway. The charges stem from an incident that took place
on South Main Street in the Village.
Marble was issued traffic citations and released. Marble is due to appear in Wellsville Village
Court on July 11th at 4:30 p.m.
