Wellsville Police arrested Thomas A. Palermo, age 55 of
Rochester, charging him with AUO (Aggravated Unlicensed Operation) 3rd and
Speed in Zone. The charges stem from a
traffic stop on East State Street in the Village of Wellsville. Palermo was issued traffic citations and
released. Palermo is due to appear in
Wellsville Village Court on July 11th at 4:30 p.m.

Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Wellsville Village Court, arrested Okey J. Foster, age 30 of Millerstown, PA,
charging him with failure to appear in Court and/or pay fine on a previous
Petit Larceny charge. Foster was located
in the Town of Alma by the New York State Police and taken into custody. Foster was transported to the Wellsville
Police Station, processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge
O’Connor. Foster paid his fine of $76.02
and was released.
Wellsville Police, acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the
Wellsville Village Court, arrested Timothy J. Florentine, age 41 of Wellsville,
charging him with failure to appear in Court and/or pay fine on a previous AUO
(Aggravated Unlicensed Operation) 2nd charge.
Florentine was processed and arraigned before Wellsville Village Judge
O’Connor. Florentine was committed to
the Allegany County Jail on $100.00 cash bail.
Florentine is due back in Wellsville Village Court on June 20th at 4:30
p.m.
