On June 9th at approx. 12:30 p.m., Cuba Police arrested
Kevin Tyler, 46, of Cuba for criminal obstruction of breathing, resisting
arrest and aggravated harassment 2nd. Tyler was processed and sent to the
Allegany County Jail on $1,500.00 bail.
On June 9th at
approx. 9:02 p.m. Cuba Police arrested Matthew P. Quintero, 24, of Olean for
speed in zone, suspended registration, operating a motor vehicle without
insurance and unlawful possession of marijuana. Quintero was processed and
released to appear at a later date.
On June 11th, 2017 at
approx. 6:55 p.m. Cuba Police arrested Kristina S. Bromstead, 24, of Cuba for
Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd and
on a Olean City Court Warrant. Bromstead was processed and turned over to the
Olean Police Department.
