Pennsylvania troopers investigated a one vehicle crash on Wykoff Run Road, Gibson Township, Cameron County on Feb. 1. Troopers said the driver, Travis Warden, 23, of Friendswood, Texas lost control of the vehicle on a snowy road and the vehicle overturned.
Troopers said there were two passengers: Roger Raney, 29 of Wellsville and Jennifer Raney, 29 of Pioneer, TN. Warden was charged with a speeding violation.
