Allegany County judge sends Portville man to state prison
A Portville man is headed to state prison on meth charges. Jeremy N. Beck, 37, of Prosser Road was first charged with numerous drug counts. On December 1st, 2016, he pleaded guilty to criminal possession of precursors to Meth. The original crime occurred on September 6, 2016 in the Town of Genesee. Today, Beck was sentenced by an Allegany County court judge to two years in prison plus one year post release supervision.
